Try it before you talk to us
Talk to a real bot, right now
Three bots are set up and waiting. No sign-up, no phone number to leave, nothing to wait for. On two of them you can stand on both sides: the customer messaging in, and the staff group that sees everything the bot reports. The bookkeeper is the staff side only. Their sheets are open for you to edit too, so you can watch a price you changed land in the next answer.
About five minutes per bot. One phone is all you need.
Four things to know first
The first one matters most. Read it before you type anything, because once it's sent we can't take it back.
The demo sheets and groups are public. Everyone sees what's in them
What you type in the sheet, what you say to the bot, and what the bot reports into the staff group can all be read by anyone else trying the demo. It's a demo and we mean it to be open, so use a made-up name and go ahead. The one thing to check first is a payment slip: it carries the name of the customer who paid you, and they aren't here trying a demo. Use one with the name blanked out, or message us and we'll set up a private bot for you.
The bots answer in Thai
They answer from the sheet, and these demo sheets are written in Thai, so a question in English usually comes back in Thai. That is the demo, not the product: a real bot is set up in your language, and the FAQ says it plainly. What you are here to check works either way, because you can read the sheet you just edited and see the same number in the reply.
We reset the sheets to their defaults every night at 2am
Break them as hard as you like, delete whole rows, it all comes back tomorrow. If you arrive and the prices look strange, somebody tried it before you. Nothing is broken.
The slip check runs three layers here, not the bank one
The layer that asks the bank uses an outside service that bills per check, and leaving that switched on for strangers to play with is not something we can carry. It's available on a real setup. If you want to watch that layer work, tell us and we'll book a time and show you live.
How to start
Nothing to set up. The LINE app on the phone in your hand is all it takes. Try all three if you like, but if you're short on time, just take the one that matches your business.
- 01
Pick the one that looks like your shop
Three to choose from, just below. Whichever one matches, start there.
- 02
Scan its QR code in LINE
Or press the button if you're reading this on your phone. Nothing to sign up for.
- 03
Type what the step tells you
Every step has a line ready to copy and paste. You don't have to think up questions.
Where the two sides meet
Watch it call for a human, from both sides
This is the one moment on the page you cannot see from a single side, because it starts in the 1:1 chat and finishes in the staff group. Get into both places on the same bot, then do these four things. It takes under two minutes.
- 01Customer side
Ask for a person, in the 1:1 chat
A request like this does not wait for the AI to decide. There is a list of phrases the system intercepts before the AI is involved at all. The three that cost you real money if they go wrong (asking for a refund, anything legal, and asking for a person) hand off straight away rather than letting it try an answer first, because guessing wrong on those costs more than interrupting someone once.
Type “ขอคุยกับคนหน่อยครับ”
- 02Staff side
Open the group and find your own message
An alert is sitting there: which channel it came from, the LINE name of whoever wrote in, what they said, and a link that drops you straight into the chat to answer them. Nobody has to go hunting through chats for who needs a reply.
- 03Customer side
Now ask something the sheet has no answer to
This is the other route. The AI did read this one, but with nothing in the sheet to answer from, it chooses not to answer rather than guess, and calls a person the same way. Ask about a service that shop doesn't offer. The further off-topic, the clearer it is.
- 04Staff side
Keep typing. The group does not get hit again
Send another three or four messages in the 1:1 and the group stays quiet, because the system knows this customer is already with a human. It sounds like a small thing and it is the reason the group stays worth reading: alert on every message and your team stops opening it inside a week.
The bookkeeper has no version of this to try, because its 1:1 side is a staff member's ledger rather than a channel customers write into, so there is nothing to hand off. The other two are ready when you are. And remember the demo groups are open: your real LINE name and what you typed will be visible to everyone else trying it. If you'd rather it wasn't, change your LINE display name before you join.
The receptionist
This bot runs Somjai Aesthetic Clinic (made up)
Hired by Clinics, salons, spas, massage shops
This bot answers about services and appointments. It does not diagnose anything, it does not judge who is suitable for which procedure, and it promises no results. Ask it which treatment you should have, or about medication you are on, and it won't answer: it hands the question to the staff group.
Customer side
A one-to-one chat with the bot, exactly as a customer would have it. Steps 1 to 4 below happen here. Scan with LINE, or press the button if you're already reading this on your phone.
Staff side
The LINE group the owner and staff sit in together. The bot reports in here, and you can give it orders from here. Type คิว (queue) for today's bookings, or สถานะ (status) to ask how many messages it has answered today.
This group is open and other people trying the demo are sitting in it. Everyone can see everyone's LINE profile, and if you ask the bot something it can't answer, your name and your message from the one-to-one chat will appear in here. You can leave the group whenever you want.
The shop's sheet
The Services tab holds the price and how long each one takes. The Resources tab is which doctor works which day and at what times.
Open the sheetDo this
- 01
Message it like a customer would
Ask a price, ask the opening hours, ask anything your own customers actually ask.
Type “เลเซอร์ผิวหน้าเท่าไหร่”
- 02
Open the sheet, change it yourself, ask again
In the Services tab, change the laser facial price from 3,500 to any number you like. Then go back to LINE and ask the same question again: the new number is there on the very next message. Nothing to save, nobody to tell. Then try one more thing. Open the Settings tab and edit “ชื่อบอท” (the bot's name) and “คำลงท้าย” (the particle it ends sentences with), and message it again: it answers as the name you just typed, speaking the way you just told it to. These three demo bots are set to re-read the sheet every time so they are easy to try. A real bot holds an answer for up to 5 minutes instead, and the owner types “รีเฟรช” (refresh) when they want a change to land now.
- 03
Try booking a slot
Give it a day and a time, and name a doctor. It checks the real roster in the sheet before it tells you whether that slot is free. Free time comes back as a range per doctor, and you pick a time inside it.
Type “ขอจองเลเซอร์ผิวหน้าเสาร์นี้ บ่ายสอง กับแพทย์หญิงเอ”
- 04
Go back and see what it wrote down, in both places
In the sheet, open the Conversation Log tab (a record of every chat) and you'll find every line you just exchanged. Then go into the staff group and type คิว (queue) and it lists that day's bookings. Those are the two places an owner can check every day without learning any new software.
Type “คิว”
The best part: try to break it
Book the same slot a second time
Book the same time with the same doctor again. It will refuse, and not because we told it to be careful: the database will not hold two bookings in one slot in the first place, so even two customers tapping at the same instant cannot collide. Then ask it about something that isn't in the sheet, like whether they do thread lifts. It won't invent an answer. It says it's passing the question to the team, and that question appears in the staff group for you to see.
Type “ขอจองเลเซอร์ผิวหน้าเสาร์นี้ บ่ายสอง กับแพทย์หญิงเอ”
The salesperson
This bot runs Somjai Souvenirs (made up)
Hired by Shops selling through LINE and Facebook
Customer side
A one-to-one chat with the bot, exactly as a customer placing an order would have it. Steps 1 to 4 below happen here. Scan with LINE, or press the button if you're already on your phone.
Staff side
The shop's staff group. Every slip result lands in here. Type ออเดอร์ (orders) to see what's still open. The commands that move an order along (ยืนยัน confirm, ส่ง shipped, ยกเลิก cancel) live in this group too, but the group is shared, so an order number you see may belong to somebody else who is mid-try.
This group is open and other people trying the demo are sitting in it. Everyone can see everyone's LINE profile. The result of any slip you send will appear in here, with the amount and the name it managed to read, and if you ask something the bot can't answer, your name and message come through too. You can leave the group whenever you want.
The shop's sheet
The Catalog tab is the items, the prices and how many are left. Your shop's account name goes in the Settings tab.
Open the sheetDo this
- 01
Ask what's for sale, then order something
Ask what it has, then place an order. The total and the shipping are worked out in code, not added up by the AI.
Type “มีอะไรขายบ้าง”
- 02
Open the sheet and change a price, or the stock count
In the Catalog tab, change a price, or set a stock count to 1 and then go back and order 5. It knows there aren't enough, because it takes the number in the sheet and subtracts what has actually been sold. It doesn't just trust the cell.
Type “ขอ 5 ชิ้น”
- 03
Put your account name in, then send it a slip
In the Settings tab, enter your own shop's account name, then send the bot a photo of a payment slip. Please use one with the sender's name blanked out: the amount and the name it reads will appear both in the sheet and in the staff group where other people are sitting. It reads the amount, reads the recipient, and tells you whether that matches the account you set. Then change the account name in the sheet to something else and send the same slip again, and this time it objects. If you want to try it with a real, unredacted slip, message us and we'll set up a private run.
- 04
See what it reports back, in both places
In the chat, every slip comes back with what it read and where it got stuck, not just pass or fail. Then open the staff group: the same message is there, with the customer's name and any slip that has a problem. That is what your team sees every day. Type ออเดอร์ (orders) in the group as well and you'll see everything still open.
Type “ออเดอร์”
The best part: try to break it
Send the same slip twice
Send the same image again and it remembers. Then photograph that slip off your screen so it is genuinely a different file, and it still remembers, because the second layer looks at the bank's reference number, which doesn't change with how you took the picture. That is the gap a bot which merely reads slips with AI cannot close. Ask it the price of something that isn't in the sheet too. It won't make one up.
The bookkeeper
This bot runs Somjai Restaurant (made up)
Hired by Restaurants, shops, any business where staff spend on your behalf
A staff member's own chat
Filing happens here, in a chat between one staff member and the bot. Steps 1 to 3 below happen in here. What you type surfaces in a sheet anyone can open, so use made-up numbers and keep your shop's real figures out of it.
Staff side
The shop's totals come out here, not in the chat of whoever filed the expense: what the shop spent is the team's business, while filing is that one person's. Step 4 happens in here. Scan with LINE, or press the button if you're already on your phone.
This group is open and other people trying the demo are sitting in it. Everyone can see everyone's LINE profile, and everything you type. Use made-up numbers. Don't put your shop's real figures in. You can leave the group whenever you want.
The shop's sheet
The Expenses tab is the book it writes for you. You never have to type anything into it.
Open the sheetDo this
- 01
File an expense in the 1:1 chat
Start with the word เบิก, จ่าย or รายจ่าย (all mean spent or drawn), then a space, then what it was for, and finish with the amount. Beyond that, write it however you like. The leading word and the trailing number are the two things that let the bot tell a filing from people simply talking.
Type “เบิก ค่าผัก 350”
- 02
Open the sheet straight away
The Expenses tab has a new row already, with the date, the amount and the name of whoever filed it. Nobody keys it in later, and when a figure looks unfamiliar you know immediately who to ask.
- 03
Photograph a receipt into the same chat
Any receipt in your pocket right now. No leading word needed. It reads the amount off it and attaches it to the row you just opened. If it reads it wrong, correct it in the sheet directly. A photo is only read when that person has a row waiting for evidence, so no other picture becomes a row or costs a vision call.
- 04
Go to the staff group and see where totals come out
The shop's totals appear in the group, not in the chat of whoever filed the expense. On this demo the command that asks for them is limited to the shop's own team, because this group is open to anyone. That is what you want in real use: what your shop spent should not be something a person who wandered in can ask for.
The best part: try to break it
Type anything into the group and watch it stay quiet
The staff group sends nothing to the AI. Not one message. It answers the commands it knows and stays silent on everything else, so your team can talk about whatever they like in there without the bot chiming in and without any cost running in the background. The silence you just got is the design, not a bot that fell over.
Type “วันนี้กินอะไรกันดี”
Tried it, and want one for your own shop
Message us on LINE and tell us what your shop does. We'll set up a bot with your real information for you to try first, without touching your live account and without paying anything. When you do go live there is no setup fee and no contract.
